Agreement and eligibility

You may use Bebecito only if you can enter into a binding agreement under the laws where you live. Bebecito is intended for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers, not for children to use independently.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any Bebecito feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Bebecito service

Bebecito provides tools for recording and sharing everyday baby-care information, including feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, and notes. Features may vary between the iOS app, web app, and marketing website, and we may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

Bebecito is an organizational tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified health professional. Contact emergency services or a clinician for urgent concerns.

Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure. You may sign in with email, Apple, or Google. Provider terms may also apply when you use those optional sign-in services.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contacto@bebecito.app if you believe an account, session, or authentication method has been used without permission.

Family spaces and your content

You may invite other caregivers to a family space. People you authorize can view the baby-care records shared with that space, so check invitations and household membership carefully.

You are responsible for having the right and authority to enter information about a baby or child and to share it with other caregivers. You keep your rights in the information you submit. You give Bebecito the limited permission needed to host, back up, display, and process that information to provide and protect the service.

Acceptable use

You must use Bebecito lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• use the service to harm, threaten, impersonate, or unlawfully surveil another person;
• access another account or family space without authorization, or try to defeat security controls;
• upload malicious code, abuse the service, send spam, scrape data, or interfere with its operation;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create a competing service from Bebecito except where applicable law allows it.

Reports, communications, and support

We may send service-related messages, such as sign-in, invitation, security, and account notices. If you voluntarily submit a problem report from the iOS app, it may include the details and limited technical context described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not needed to explain a problem. We may use support information to investigate issues, protect the service, and respond to you.

Third-party services

Bebecito relies on infrastructure and optional services provided by third parties, including Cloudflare, Apple, Google, Discord, and monitoring or logging providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information shared with them.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Bebecito is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bebecito available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, or events outside our control. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every record will be preserved.

We may update these terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Bebecito at any time and may delete your account through the iOS app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

When an account is deleted or terminated, access to its account and caregiver membership may end. Shared baby records may remain available to other authorized caregivers, and provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bebecito is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every need, be continuously available, or be completely secure. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent allowed by law, Bebecito and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

Applicable law

These terms are intended to work alongside the mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court or process with proper authority, unless applicable law gives you another right or forum.
